Terms of Sale

These terms govern your purchase of RFN-branded electric off-road motorcycles, parts and accessories from RFN Africa ("we", "us") via this website. Our facility is at 11 Botany Place, 28 Die Agora Road, Croydon, Kempton Park, Gauteng. Contact: info@rfnafrica.co.za, +27 72 806 5015.

By placing an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline an order (for example, pricing error, fraud risk, stock unavailable), in which case we refund any payment in full.

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Models marked "POA" (Price On Application) are priced on enquiry. Indicative monthly finance figures are exactly that — final rates are subject to credit approval through our finance partners.

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout (handled by Shopify Payments). Title in the goods passes to you once we have received cleared payment in full.

We deliver within South Africa. Lead times are indicated at checkout and depend on stock and model. "Built to order" models have longer lead times — we'll confirm a delivery window after order. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA) are not affected by these terms. You have the right to a refund, repair or replacement for goods that are defective, unsafe or not fit for their ordinary intended purpose — see our Returns & Warranty page.

All new RFN motorcycles carry the OEM warranty stated on the product page (typically 12 months on motor and battery, subject to fair use and standard maintenance). The warranty does not cover wear-and-tear items, race-induced damage, modifications, or damage from misuse.

Electric off-road motorcycles are powerful machines. You agree to wear appropriate protective gear, ride only in lawful locations, and ensure under-18 riders are supervised by a competent adult. Some models are not road-legal.

All content on this site (including text, graphics, logos and product imagery) is owned by RFN Africa or its licensors. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for fraud or for any matter under the CPA. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the price you paid for the goods in that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. Orders are governed by the version of the terms in force on the date the order is placed.
